• • As a Solutions Engineer for the EMEA region, you will be an integral part of the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, serving as a trusted technical advisor to local sales teams, partners, and customers. You will engage in exciting projects with forward-thinking organizations, guiding them through the initial stages of their Generative AI journeys.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in connecting Glean to their critical decision-making platforms, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Slack, GitHub, and Zendesk. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure the technical success and effective delivery of sales opportunities.
• • Key responsibilities include performing compelling, interactive demonstrations of the Glean platform to prospective clients, showcasing its capabilities and value proposition.
• • You will be tasked with educating the technical teams of prospective customers on the intricate architecture of the Glean platform, clearly articulating how our solution integrates and functions within their existing technology landscape.
• • A crucial part of the role involves scoping and executing sponsored pilot and Proof of Value (PoV) exercises. This ensures that the technical requirements of potential clients are met and that the business objectives Glean aims to achieve are thoroughly validated.
• • You will also play a vital role in educating and training our customers and partners on the Glean product, ensuring they are well-equipped for success and can maximize the platform's benefits.
• • The role requires presenting Glean's solutions at company-sponsored events, such as industry-leading conferences like Google Cloud Next and AWS re:Invent, representing Glean to a wider audience.
• • You will act as a key liaison between customers and Glean's product management and engineering teams. This involves investigating technical issues, relaying feature requests, and staying informed about the product's future roadmap to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
