  • • Serve as a technical pre-sales advisor to large enterprise and digital native customers, helping them identify, scope, and implement high-value use cases for ChatGPT and the OpenAI API across industries such as customer service and automated content generation.
  • • Deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations to C-level business stakeholders and technical teams, clearly articulating the business value and technical feasibility of OpenAI’s models and APIs.
  • • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Security, and Product teams to align customer needs with product capabilities, ensuring seamless handoffs and accurate representation of customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • • Provide expert guidance on architectural patterns, API integration, and deployment strategies to help customers kickstart development and maximize the impact of AI solutions.
  • • Act as the first point of contact for security and compliance inquiries, directing customers to standardized collateral and trust portal resources, and escalating complex requirements to specialized teams.
  • • Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, guides, FAQs, and reference materials based on recurring customer questions and pre-sales discovery insights.
  • • Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences, including non-technical executives, engineers, and procurement teams.
  • • Own end-to-end customer experiences during the pre-sales cycle, proactively identifying knowledge gaps and acquiring necessary expertise to resolve customer challenges.
  • • Represent the voice of the customer internally by identifying recurring themes, pain points, and feature requests, and incorporating them into product planning and roadmap discussions.
  • • Build and present prototypes of Generative AI solutions to illustrate practical applications and accelerate customer decision-making.
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of IT security principles, B2B SaaS compliance requirements, and cloud/network architecture to address enterprise-grade technical concerns.
  • • Foster long-term customer advocacy by delivering exceptional technical support, building trust, and ensuring customers feel empowered to succeed with OpenAI’s technology.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role with complex global organizations
  • • Full professional fluency in English and Spanish
  • • Demonstrated understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements for B2B SaaS products
  • • Experience programming in Python or JavaScript and working with REST APIs
  • • Proven track record of delivering prototypes for Generative AI or traditional ML solutions
  • • Strong presentation and communication skills, with ability to engage senior business and technical leaders
