- • As a Solutions Engineer at Voize Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering the technical success of our valued customers. This role is pivotal, acting as the primary technical liaison between Voize's innovative AI companion technology and our diverse customer IT environments. You will own the entire technical lifecycle, from the crucial initial presales engagements through to the seamless ongoing operations of our solutions.
- • Your core responsibility will be to ensure that our customers can effectively and securely integrate and utilize Voize's AI companion, thereby freeing up valuable time for frontline healthcare professionals. This involves a deep dive into customer infrastructure, identifying potential technical hurdles, and proactively guiding them through evaluations to ensure a smooth and successful adoption.
- • A significant part of your role will involve validating and understanding customer IT infrastructures. This includes assessing their current systems, networks, and security protocols to ensure compatibility and identify any necessary adjustments for optimal performance and security. You will be the expert who can translate customer needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- • You will be responsible for configuring secure and robust setups for our customers. This requires a strong understanding of system administration, network configuration, and security best practices to ensure that Voize's AI companion is deployed in a manner that meets industry standards and customer-specific security policies.
- • Troubleshooting technical issues will be a daily occurrence. You will need to possess exceptional problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve challenges that may arise across various systems, networks, browsers, and interfaces. This requires a methodical approach, clear communication, and a high degree of technical acumen.
- • You will play a key role in supporting the technical scaling of our deployments.
