- • As a Solutions Engineer at Hatch, you will be at the forefront of our customer's success, acting as the primary technical liaison and strategic partner post-sale. Your mission is to empower our high-value clients by translating their complex business challenges into elegant, scalable solutions leveraging Hatch's cutting-edge AI platform. This role is pivotal, sitting at the intersection of customer needs, product capabilities, and engineering innovation, demanding a proactive, hands-on approach with significant ownership.
- • You will spearhead the technical discovery process, diving deep into customer workflows, understanding their intricate data structures, existing integrations, data flow mechanisms, and ultimately, their overarching business goals. This deep understanding will form the bedrock upon which you will design bespoke solutions, meticulously mapping customer requirements to the optimal configurations and integration strategies within the Hatch ecosystem.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve collaborating closely with our Product and Engineering teams. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our platform by providing structured, actionable insights derived from your customer interactions. This feedback loop is crucial for evolving our solution architectures, enhancing integration capabilities, and developing new features that directly address market needs and improve platform adoption and scalability for our clients.
- • You will be a hands-on builder, utilizing low-code tools to design and construct customer integrations. This requires a blend of technical proficiency and creative problem-solving to ensure seamless data exchange and workflow automation between customer systems and the Hatch platform.
- • Beyond integration, you will be responsible for developing custom reports and dashboards. Leveraging tools such as spreadsheets, BI platforms, or SQL, you will create insightful visualizations that clearly demonstrate customer performance, quantify Return on Investment (ROI), and identify key opportunities for ongoing optimization and value realization.
- • You will partner with our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, serving as the technical and product authority throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from initial implementation through to ongoing post-go-live operations. This involves ensuring smooth transitions, proactive issue resolution, and continuous value delivery.
- • This role demands a unique ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, thinking with a founder's mindset to identify opportunities and overcome obstacles. You will be expected to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or Implementation Engineering.
- • Proven track record of successfully supporting enterprise-level implementations within a B2B SaaS company.
- • Strong technical aptitude and data literacy, with demonstrated experience troubleshooting APIs, data flows, webhooks, and product configurations.
- • Proficiency in JavaScript and SQL, alongside experience with low-code tools (e.g., Zapier).
