- • As a Solutions Engineer (Post-Sales | Implementation) at Paragon Application Systems, Inc., you will be an early team member helping customers realize the full potential of the platform by driving product adoption, strengthening engagement, and ensuring customer-centric outcomes across the business.
- • Day to day, you will directly engage with customers to own their onboarding process, collaborate with Support to diagnose and resolve technical issues, partner with Customer Success to ensure meaningful value from implementations, and work with customers on SDK integration, syncs, actions, and script-based workflows to ensure optimal and scalable deployment.
- • You will join a small, lean team reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, working closely with Support, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams to synthesize feedback into product improvements, refine documentation, and support strategic planning for customer success and renewals.
- • In this role, you will drive initiatives to improve adoption and usability, create and maintain technical documentation and training resources, and advocate for solutions that enhance both the product and customer experience while developing deep technical and cross-functional expertise in a B2B SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in a Technical Solutions/Support role in a B2B SaaS environment with extensive customer interaction
- • Strong technical prowess with 2+ years of coding experience and a strong grasp of a single language (e.g., NodeJS, Python, Ruby), including experience with APIs and API documentation
- • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams and simplify complex concepts for stakeholders
- • Solid project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities
- • Proactive problem-solver mindset focused on improving customer satisfaction and product functionality
