Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own end-to-end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise and high-growth customers across APAC, translating business requirements into actionable implementation plans.
- • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal teams on high-value implementations, shaping integration approaches, system configuration, and overall solution design for spend management products.
- • Partner with activation, onboarding, and account management teams to translate customer requirements into scalable architectures, with a focus on ERP, HRIS, and API integrations critical to rollout success.
- • Collaborate with sales teams during technical discovery to assess customer systems, data flows, and workflows, and recommend best-fit integration blueprints using APIs and third-party connectors.
- • Work hands-on with customers to troubleshoot integration hurdles and guide them through complex configuration decisions, prioritizing robust, maintainable implementations over direct code development.
- • Serve as a subject matter expert on the broader integration ecosystem—including HRIS and accounting partners—collaborating with Sales, Product, and external partners to close gaps and improve integration coverage.
- • Create and maintain internal documentation, playbooks, and lightweight tooling to enable the wider team to support integration-heavy use cases at scale.
- • Channel customer pain points and integration feedback directly into Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap prioritization and improve implementation outcomes.
- • Orchestrate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders—including networks, processors, and manufacturers—through all phases from pre-sales through go-live and early spend activation.
- • Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Merchant Services, Solutions Engineering, Product, Operations, and Risk teams to deliver implementations on time, on scope, and to a high quality bar.
- • Support the design and launch of global spend programmes compliant with APAC regulatory and operational standards, enabling businesses to run scalable, high-performing spend initiatives.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with ERP, accounting, and expense platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, and Xero, including associated data flows like GL, cost centres, entities, and card feeds.
- • Lead steering meetings, write clear status updates, and influence decisions without direct authority through exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- • Operate from a Sydney office three days per week while providing implementation coverage across the APAC region.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience
- • 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology or financial services implementations
- • 4+ years of client-facing delivery or professional services experience in a high-paced environment (e.g. SaaS, fintech, consulting, systems integration, enterprise implementation)
- • Proven track record of successfully delivering cross-functional projects with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, including C-level executives, technical teams, and operations
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including ability to lead steering meetings and influence decisions without direct authority
- • Experience delivering ERP, accounting system, or expense platform implementations (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero) and associated data flows (GL, cost centres, entities, card feeds)
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to work with global enterprise clients including Brex, Rippling, Navan, Qantas, and SHEIN
- • Exposure to a fast-moving, innovative fintech environment backed by world-leading investors including T. Rowe Price, Visa, and Sequoia
- • Collaborative culture with high autonomy and ownership over complex, high-visibility projects
- • Direct influence on product roadmap through customer feedback channeled into Product and Engineering teams
