- • As a Solutions Lead in Healthcare at Protege Inc., you will guide prospects and customers through the definition and delivery of healthcare datasets, ensuring technical and conceptual specifications are met while maintaining clear communication of timelines and milestones from feasibility to final delivery.
- • You will lead solution architecture and deal design, translating customer requirements into structured plans, driving execution through internal project management, quality assurance, and cross-functional coordination, while maintaining a customer-facing presence to adapt solutions as needs evolve.
- • You will lead end-to-end program management from data specification and preparation through QA and delivery, ensuring on-time execution and seamless collaboration across teams.
- • You will work with Protege’s data partners to source cutting-edge healthcare data into the ecosystem and oversee the QA, packaging, and delivery of complex datasets including EHR, claims, radiology, pathology, and unstructured text, ensuring HIPAA compliance in collaboration with privacy partners.

- • In this role, you will be the connective tissue between Protege’s platform, its data partners, and customers, building datasets that directly power the next generation of AI models at the cutting edge of multimodal data where human judgment meets machine intelligence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven customer-facing experience with skills in managing expectations, leading technical conversations, and delivering outcomes with clarity and confidence
- • Expertise in SQL and Python to query data, construct patient cohorts, analyze data readiness for model training, and validate clinical coverage
- • Deep expertise in healthcare data modalities including EHR, claims, radiology, pathology, and unstructured text
- • Familiarity with privacy-preserving techniques for healthcare data and experience in healthcare AI, ML products, or enterprise data platforms
- • Prior startup experience and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while juggling competing and changing priorities
