- • Design and own end-to-end robotic automation solutions tailored to customer warehouse operations across North America, translating operational challenges into scalable technical workflows aligned with Sereact’s platform capabilities.
- • Conduct on-site customer visits, discovery sessions, and technical workshops to analyze current-state warehouse processes, validate deployment feasibility, and gather detailed requirements for automation implementation.
- • Translate customer operational needs into precise robotic system layouts, process flows, deployment plans, and technical specifications that drive improvements in throughput, efficiency, and reliability.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, Robotics, and Delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately defined, technically feasible, and executable within platform constraints.
- • Support the sales process by defining technical scope, assumptions, system requirements, and implementation expectations to strengthen customer proposals and project planning.
- • Own the transition from pre-sales design to deployment by documenting workflows, technical assumptions, success criteria, and implementation guidelines for delivery teams.
- • Develop and refine internal solution templates, deployment frameworks, and design standards to increase repeatability, reduce risk, and improve scalability across customer implementations.
- • Act as a technical advisor throughout the customer journey, providing guidance on operational constraints, automation strategy, and long-term system optimization.
- • Evaluate complex warehouse environments—including goods-to-person systems, AMRs, ASRS, and AutoStore—to identify automation gaps and propose tailored robotic solutions that address real-world logistical challenges.
- • Utilize technical tools such as AutoCAD or similar design software to create system layouts and process maps, and apply ROI modeling to support business case development.
- • Maintain strong familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot to track customer interactions, solution evolution, and project milestones.
- • Travel extensively across North America to support customer site visits, testing, trade shows, and on-site implementation support as required.
- • Drive continuous improvement of internal technical workflows by incorporating feedback from deployments, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing enhancements to solution design processes.
- • Balance technical depth with practical execution, ensuring proposed solutions are not only innovative but also deployable, maintainable, and aligned with customer operational realities.
- • Work within a fast-paced scale-up environment that demands high ownership, agility, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver solutions under dynamic customer and market conditions.
- • Contribute to the strategic growth of Sereact’s North American footprint by building scalable, repeatable automation solutions that enable broader market adoption of AI-powered robotics.
