- • Join Hire Hangar and work with fast-growing global companies while building a long-term, remote career as a Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist, supporting high-volume hiring for US and UK-based employers.
- • Day to day, you will conduct high-volume candidate sourcing and screening, review resumes, lead video screenings, schedule and coordinate interviews, manage job postings across platforms, create and update job descriptions, maintain candidate records in the ATS, send high volumes of candidate communications, and support recruitment administration to ensure a timely and positive candidate experience.
- • You will be part of a remote-first recruitment team at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., working with global clients in fast-paced hiring environments, using modern recruitment tools to streamline talent acquisition.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in high-volume recruitment workflows, gain hands-on experience with leading ATS and sourcing tools, strengthen your remote collaboration skills, and build a scalable career in talent acquisition with exposure to global hiring practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • Previous hands-on experience in a sourcing or recruitment support role within a high-volume or fast-paced hiring environment is mandatory
- • Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies
- • Proven ability to manage repetitive, high-volume recruitment tasks with accuracy
- • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- • Comfortable conducting video-based candidate screenings and managing tight timelines
