Sourcing Project Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Sourcing Project Manager at Phenomenex, a Danaher operating company, you will drive cross-functional project plans that support cost savings, strengthen supply chain security, enable new product innovation, and advance continuous improvement initiatives—directly contributing to the development of life-saving analytical chemistry solutions used in healthcare, food safety, and environmental testing.
• • You will manage end-to-end sourcing project lifecycles, including creating and executing project plans for new product commercialization, establishing timelines, securing resources, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing handoff to Supply Chain and Operations teams post-launch.
• • You will develop and track project KPIs, leverage AI-enabled tools for automation (such as meeting notes, action-item tracking, status reporting, and dashboard generation), and facilitate toll gate reviews to ensure alignment with project goals and leadership expectations.
• • You will join a mission-driven, innovative team within Danaher’s Supply Chain and Ops Excellence organization, where continuous improvement, collaboration, and impact are central to the culture—working remotely with occasional travel to support global supply chain initiatives.
