  • • As a Special Officer in the CEO Office, you will be the linchpin of our internal execution and coordination efforts. This role is designed for someone who thrives on ensuring that priorities are met, follow-ups are diligently managed, and day-to-day execution proceeds with utmost reliability. You will be positioned at the very heart of our internal operations, providing crucial support for cross-functional execution across vital departments including HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product, and others. It is important to note that this role does not involve owning strategy, profit and loss (P&L), or people management. Instead, your primary focus will be on meticulous tracking, effective coordination, persistent follow-through, and hands-on administrative execution, all of which are essential for maintaining organizational smoothness as we scale.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and impactful. You will provide essential day-to-day support to the CEO, which includes the meticulous management of schedules, the coordination of meetings, the careful handling of documentation, and ensuring timely follow-ups on all critical decisions and action items. A key aspect of your role will be to diligently track CEO priorities and internal deliverables across various teams. This involves proactively collecting updates, ensuring that timelines are consistently met, and identifying and escalating any emerging issues to the CEO at the earliest opportunity.
  • • You will also be instrumental in coordinating cross-functional execution. This means working closely with teams such as HR, Operations, Finance, Product, and Marketing to align timelines, meticulously track progress on shared initiatives, and drive necessary follow-ups to keep projects on track. Your role will demand hands-on administrative and operational work, encompassing the creation and maintenance of essential documentation, diligent data tracking, the preparation of insightful reports, and the upkeep of internal trackers and workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
  • • Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing comprehensive briefing notes, concise summaries, and internal updates that will support key meetings and facilitate informed leadership decision-making. The ability to anticipate needs and proactively prepare materials will be highly valued. This position also requires you to be adept at supporting ad-hoc requests, urgent matters, and special projects as assigned by the CEO. You will need to navigate last-minute changes with unwavering clarity, composure, and efficiency, demonstrating a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
