📋 Description

• • Work directly with the Founder to drive U.S. market entry, from early strategy to hands-on execution of market-specific initiatives.
• • Build and execute the company’s initial hiring plan by sourcing, engaging, and closing high-caliber talent across functions.
• • Support fundraising efforts by preparing investor materials, coordinating investor conversations, and managing follow-through on commitments.
• • Establish A1’s operational presence in the U.S., including setting up office infrastructure, selecting vendors, and designing the initial operating structure.
• • Drive external positioning through support of PR initiatives, partnership development, and cultivation of key external relationships.
• • Turn ambiguous, high-level ideas into clear, actionable plans and ensure consistent execution without constant oversight.
• • Act as a central operator across teams by tracking priorities, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and pushing critical initiatives forward.
• • Handle high-urgency, unstructured problems with speed, sound judgment, and a bias toward action.
• • Operate independently in environments with high ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information and delivering reliable outcomes.
• • Serve as an extension of the Founder, managing cross-functional priorities and ensuring alignment between strategic goals and operational execution.
• • Maintain high standards of reliability by consistently following through on commitments, even under pressure or shifting priorities.
• • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners with clarity, professionalism, and concise communication.
• • Contribute to building the company’s first operating systems and foundational processes that scale with growth.
• • Participate in rapid decision-making cycles, balancing quality of output with speed of execution in a high-talent-density environment.
• • Engage in virtual and/or onsite interviews as part of the hiring and evaluation process for key roles and partnerships.
• • Contribute to shaping the company’s culture and operational norms during its early U.S. expansion phase.
• • Remain agile and responsive to evolving priorities, adapting plans quickly while maintaining focus on core objectives.
• • Support the development of A1’s public narrative and brand positioning as the company enters the U.S. market.
• • Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks critical to company launch, including legal, compliance, and vendor onboarding.
• • Ensure seamless communication between the founding team and new U.S.-based hires, partners, and stakeholders.
• • Maintain meticulous tracking of key initiatives and deliverables to enable transparency and accountability across the organization.
• • Demonstrate ownership of outcomes, taking responsibility for results even when paths to success are unclear.
• • Operate with high agency — proactively identifying opportunities and obstacles without waiting for direction.
• • Contribute to the creation of a magical, reliable AI product by enabling the foundational infrastructure required for its launch and scaling.
