- • Work directly with the Founder to drive market entry strategies and execute hands-on initiatives for company expansion.
- • Build and execute the initial hiring plan by sourcing, engaging, and closing high-caliber talent across functions.
- • Support fundraising efforts by preparing investor materials, coordinating conversations, and managing follow-through actions.
- • Establish A1’s operational presence by setting up vendor relationships and designing the company’s first operating systems.
- • Drive external positioning through support of PR initiatives, partnership development, and key relationship building.
- • Turn ambiguous, high-level ideas into clear, actionable plans and ensure consistent execution.
- • Act as a central operator across teams by tracking priorities, identifying bottlenecks, and pushing progress on critical initiatives.
- • Handle high-urgency, unstructured problems with speed, sound judgment, and independent decision-making.
- • Operate with high autonomy in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where processes are not yet defined.
- • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners using clear, concise communication to align objectives and drive outcomes.
- • Maintain high reliability by consistently delivering on commitments, even under pressure or with incomplete information.

- • Represent A1 in external engagements, ensuring brand coherence and strategic alignment during market entry phases.
- • Manage multiple parallel initiatives simultaneously without oversight, prioritizing based on impact and urgency.
- • Operate across functions including hiring, operations, fundraising, partnerships, and communications without defined role boundaries.
- • Ensure all initiatives are executed with precision, accountability, and a focus on long-term reliability and scalability.
