📋 Description

• Lead adoption workshops independently, translating customer needs into actionable plans for container and Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve moderate technical adoption blockers such as integration gaps between applications and OpenShift environments.
• Design tailored enablement strategies to improve customer outcomes and drive platform adoption across enterprise accounts.
• Develop reusable best-practice resources and documentation for common adoption scenarios involving containerized applications.
• Partner with Account Solution Architects (ASAs), Customer Success Executives (CSEs), and product teams to align adoption efforts with business goals.
• Monitor ARR growth and application consumption metrics to refine and optimize adoption strategies over time.
• Relay Voice of Customer (VoC) insights directly to product teams to influence roadmap prioritization and feature development.
• Apply deep expertise in application migration and development on container platforms, particularly OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Build and deploy modern applications using CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in enterprise environments.
• Utilize programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, Go, or Ruby to support technical assessments and solution design.
• Identify systemic blockers impacting customer success and propose scalable solutions to eliminate recurring adoption challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption strategies align with enterprise architecture requirements including security, compliance, and policy.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in application migration and development in container platforms
• Deep experience building and deploying applications using modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with Kubernetes and container-based platforms such as OpenShift
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, Go, or Ruby
• Ability to lead workshops independently and translate customer needs into actionable adoption plans
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture requirements affecting application platforms (e.g., cybersecurity, compliance)
