📋 Description

• As an Audience GTM Specialist at ServiceTitan, you will support the execution of go-to-market strategies by coordinating workstreams, applying AI tools to scale output, and helping drive pipeline growth across Aspire offerings.
• Day to day, you will assist in GTM launch coordination, gather and synthesize market and audience research, translate product updates into sales enablement materials, track KPIs, and act as a connective resource between product, sales, marketing, and events teams.
• You will join Aspire’s Marketing team, which drives GTM playbooks for ServiceTitan’s product suite, reporting to the Director of Landscape & Pest GTM in a remote-first environment that values organization, detail-orientation, and entrepreneurial initiative.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B SaaS go-to-market execution, gain hands-on experience with AI-powered content and research workflows, and build cross-functional collaboration skills while contributing to measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of business experience analyzing complex problems with proven results in influencing business outcomes
• 2+ years of demand generation experience, ideally within growth-stage company environments
• B2B SaaS experience and strong familiarity with inbound demand generation funnels
• Experience working with sales development teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets to drive business decisions
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar) applied to content, enablement, or campaign workflows
