- • The Candidate Experience Specialist guides candidates (drivers, attendants, and other location staff) through their onboarding journey from offer to in-person training, ensuring a seamless and positive experience as the main point of contact for new hires.
- • Day to day, the Specialist coordinates training schedules (remote, onsite, or hybrid), completes hiring documentation, manages background and compliance checks, maintains records in the ATS and other systems, and serves as the primary contact for candidate questions and support.

- • In this role, the person can develop expertise in candidate experience, onboarding processes, compliance (EEO, ADA, Affirmative Action), HR systems, and cross-functional collaboration, while contributing to process improvements and gaining experience in a metrics-driven HR environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- • 1+ years of experience in customer service, onboarding, recruiting, or a related HR function.
- • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment.
- • Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
