• • Senior Technical Recruiter for Murdock, Beacon’s in-cockpit AI assistant, playing a highly impactful role in shaping the quality and growth of a key product area by owning technical hiring strategy and execution for engineering teams building safety-critical, real-time systems.
• • Day to day, you will partner with engineering leadership to refine role requirements, source and assess candidates for iOS, machine learning, robotics, and autonomy-focused roles, synthesize interview feedback, make hiring recommendations, and optimize recruiting workflows and candidate experiences in close collaboration with recruiting operations.
• • Beacon AI is a fast-moving team of aviators, engineers, and operators building an AI platform to make flying safer, more efficient, and more capable, backed by top investors with Department of Defense contracts and airline partnerships, operating in small, silo-free teams that ship quickly and learn fast.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in recruiting for high-stakes, product-driven engineering environments, build repeatable and fair hiring systems, influence senior stakeholders as a trusted strategic partner, and contribute directly to the advancement of mission-critical aviation AI systems.
