- • The Client Success Manager (CSM) plays a pivotal role in guiding clients, fostering strong relationships, and advocating for their business goals, serving as the primary contact for a high-volume portfolio of small to mid-size accounts across Emerging and Inside Sales segments.
- • Day to day, the CSM builds trusted advisor relationships with key operational leaders, delivers personalized quarterly business reviews (QBRs), monitors client health through data and engagement, drives PPE adoption, owns renewal forecasting, identifies new business opportunities, and collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- • At Perseus Group, the CSM acts as a bridge between internal groups to align customer success initiatives with broader business goals, working closely with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) to ensure client satisfaction and retention through strategic planning and analytical skills.
- • In this role, the person can develop deep expertise in mortgage pricing and eligibility, master client success strategies for scalable engagement, grow into a trusted advisor position influencing product strategy, and achieve significant impact on client retention and revenue growth while building executive-level communication and presentation skills.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
- • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Client Success, account management, consulting, or client services
- • At least 3 years of experience in mortgage pricing and eligibility using a product and pricing engine
- • Experience working with mortgage lenders highly preferred
- • Ability to execute commercial transactions, including pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
- • Skilled in creating and delivering persuasive proposals and presentations
