- • Design and deliver engaging, effective product training sessions (live, remote, asynchronous) and navigational product videos for customer-facing teams in Sales, Customer Support, Professional Services, and Customer Success.
- • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create training materials aligned with Amplify Science and platform goals.
- • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, enablement teams) to ensure training content meets learner needs and supports skill development.
- • Maintain and update training assets in a centralized repository (LMS, shared drives) for version control and accessibility.
- • Assess training impact by collecting feedback, analyzing completion rates, and measuring knowledge retention and performance improvements.
- • Stay current with emerging trends in educational technology, adult learning, and STEM education to continuously improve training offerings.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, training delivery, or adult education.
- • Proven ability to design assessments, analyze results, and identify knowledge gaps and training needs.
- • Skill in prioritizing multiple training requests and anticipating learner and organizational needs.
- • Proficiency in module creation tools (Google Slides, Easy Generator) and delivery platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).
