- • The Specialist, Client Service role at Ansira Partners, LLC is critical to global client and customer success, serving as a brand ambassador who ensures compliance, quality, and satisfaction across advertising programs by supporting local channel partners and their advertising partners through expert program administration and customer service.
- • Day to day, the Specialist reviews marketing materials against brand guidelines and enters results into databases, communicates findings to advertisers, works with clients via phone, chat, and email to understand marketing needs, maintains accurate records, coaches customers on creating brand-enhancing content, performs website and quality control checks, identifies and escalates risks, and provides ongoing feedback internally and externally.
- • The team at Ansira Partners, LLC focuses on delivering thought leadership and program expertise to drive client success, operating in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where internal and external teamwork is essential to maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, journalism, marketing or related field
- • Less than 1 year of marketing or advertising experience (entry-level)
- • Proven technical competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
- • Exceptional client and customer service skills
- • Ability to work well in a team environment and function independently in a remote setting
