📋 Description

• Are you a creative and technically adept professional passionate about crafting engaging learning experiences? NICE Ltd. is seeking a Specialist Education Professional to join our Actimize University team in Pune, India. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the development and delivery of high-quality training content for our global Actimize employees, clients, and partners. You will focus on creating dynamic eLearning modules, interactive courses, and comprehensive assessments that cover our cutting-edge Actimize platforms and solutions, as well as specific strategic initiatives.
• Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement innovative learning solutions. This involves transforming complex technical information into accessible and engaging educational content. You will leverage your expertise in instructional design principles and eLearning development tools to create a variety of learning formats, including Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), traditional Instructor-Led Classroom sessions, and self-paced eLearning modules. The goal is to empower our global audience with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed with Actimize products.
• A key aspect of this role is the creation of rich multimedia content. You will be responsible for developing and integrating supporting materials such as audio narration, video demonstrations, interactive simulations, and role-playing exercises. Gamification elements will also be explored to enhance learner engagement and retention. The ability to produce content that is not only informative but also captivating is crucial for success in this position.
• You will meticulously edit and refine all developed content to ensure it meets the highest standards of clarity, accuracy, and production quality. This includes proofreading, fact-checking with subject matter experts, and ensuring a consistent brand voice and style across all materials. Your attention to detail will be paramount in delivering polished and professional training resources.
• Beyond formal training modules, you will also support and enable informal learning opportunities. This involves exploring and utilizing various technologies and platforms that facilitate continuous learning and knowledge sharing among our users. You will contribute to building a culture of ongoing professional development within the Actimize ecosystem.
• Project management and organization are essential. You will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including course outlines, design documents, and organized course folders. This ensures that all training assets are well-managed, easily accessible, and can be updated efficiently as our products evolve.
• Rigorous testing of eLearning courses is a critical step before deployment. You will conduct thorough functionality and interactivity testing across multiple browsers and devices to guarantee a seamless and positive learning experience for all users, regardless of their technical environment.
• Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across various departments to gather information, validate course content for technical accuracy and relevance, and incorporate their feedback into revisions. Building strong working relationships with SMEs will be key to developing effective and authoritative training materials.
• Ensuring the smooth integration of your developed content with our Learning Management System (LMS) is vital. You will work to ensure that content is correctly uploaded, tracked, and reported on within the LMS, providing valuable insights into learner progress and course effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 (SL360) and Camtasia.
• Strong programming skills in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, or similar web technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and create engaging, interactive learning content.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
