📋 Description

• Provide engineering support to customers, customer support personnel, and field support staff on systems and product issues, defining technical problems and assisting in implementing solutions.
• Contribute to the planning, designing, and evaluation of computer network systems including LANs, WANs, intranets, and the Internet, delivering analytical, technical, and administrative support.
• Implement and enforce network policies and procedures to maintain network integrity during application maintenance and modification projects.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues across diverse environments to ensure minimal service disruption.
• Install, configure, and upgrade network hardware and software components to maintain optimal system performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, network maps, operational processes, and service records.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of technical support processes and procedures for network-related incidents.
• Manage network assets by maintaining accurate inventories of network components and associated technical specifications.
• Establish and document voice and network standards for emerging technologies and applications.
• Monitor and test network performance, generating performance statistics and detailed reports for internal review and client communication.
• Act as a technical liaison between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the Managed Cloud Services team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Software, or a related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering
• 3+ years of experience in network engineering with proficiency in Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems, Cisco, Checkpoint, and Juniper technologies
