- • NICE Ltd. is a NASDAQ-listed innovation powerhouse with over 8,500 employees across 30+ countries, trusted by 25,000+ global businesses including 85 of the Fortune 100 to manage over 120 million customer interactions and 3+ billion financial transactions daily, offering you a platform to grow within a market-disrupting, high-impact organization.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in high-tech revenue recognition, gain hands-on experience with RevPro (Advantage), and develop leadership capabilities through project ownership and cross-functional collaboration, positioning you for advancement into senior accounting, controllership, or finance leadership roles within NICE’s global finance network.
- • You will prepare detailed analytical reports and management insights that influence strategic decision-making, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting while upholding the highest standards of compliance and internal controls.

- • You will contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in revenue workflows and recommending automation or standardization opportunities, leveraging your experience with RevPro and ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- • You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving accounting standards, industry practices, and regulatory changes, sharing insights with the team to ensure NICE remains at the forefront of financial reporting excellence.

- • Familiarity with RevPro (Advantage) revenue management software, including configuration, data input, and reporting functionalities.
- • Strong English communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration across global teams and clear presentation of financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- • Experience working with Big 4 audit firms is advantageous, demonstrating exposure to rigorous audit standards and financial control environments.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CA, MBA, or CA Intermediate qualification is preferred.

- • NiCE-FLEX hybrid work model: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote per week, promoting work-life balance while fostering collaboration and innovation during in-person days.
