- • The Specialty Customer Support Executive, Strategic Accounts role at Labcorp is critical for driving customer retention and growth in the Genetics, IVF, Donor, and Women’s Health segments by supporting strategic accounts on the East Coast.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding and maintaining key accounts, running reports, ordering kits, monitoring turnaround time, managing Salesforce and EMR updates, coordinating portal setups, conducting cold calls to generate leads, upselling products, training clients on new offerings, and collaborating with sales, operations, and marketing teams to meet customer needs and support growth initiatives.
- • Labcorp is a global leader in diagnostic testing and drug development, dedicated to improving health and lives through innovative healthcare solutions, with a strong focus on advancing patient care in specialized segments like genetics and women’s health.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in account management within the diagnostics industry, strengthen your Salesforce and CRM skills, gain deep knowledge of women’s health and fertility markets, and grow your ability to drive revenue through strategic client engagement and lead generation.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • 3 or more years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within the Diagnostics segment
- • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Salesforce experience
- • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (preferred)
