• • The Specialty Customer Support Executive, Strategic Accounts role at Labcorp supports the West Coast by onboarding, maintaining, and cultivating relationships with key accounts to ensure a top-level customer experience and drive growth in the Genetics, IVF, Donor, and Women’s Health segments.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include running reports, ordering kits, monitoring turnaround time, resolving lab issues, managing specialty pricing requests, updating Salesforce and EMR systems, coordinating portal setups with IT, developing intervention plans, conducting cold calls to generate leads, upselling current clients, providing product training, and collaborating with sales, operations, marketing, and customer master teams to satisfy customer needs and support new opportunities.
