- • The Specifying Spanish Bilingual Representative (Remote) works from home to engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls and online channels, delivering exceptional customer service and technical support by resolving routine inquiries related to client products and services.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include utilizing client systems to investigate customer part inquiries, applying working knowledge of car mechanics, providing verification and recommendations on correct auto parts requirements, maintaining database case notes, reading and researching relevant materials to stay current, and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile.
