• • As a remote SLP, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive speech therapy services, including evaluations and ongoing therapy sessions. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing communication disorders and developing personalized care plans, leveraging Expressable’s cutting-edge technology and specialized clinical tools. The role emphasizes a data-driven approach, focusing on measurable outcomes and fostering active caregiver education and engagement to ensure sustainable progress.
• • A key responsibility will be the accurate and timely completion of all documentation, adhering strictly to Expressable's quality standards. This meticulous approach ensures continuity of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also be expected to maintain active participation in all required trainings, internal communications, and compliance-related tasks, staying abreast of best practices and company protocols.
• • To ensure seamless care for our clients, you will provide coverage for scheduled PTO and sick leave for other clinicians, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to team collaboration. This role requires a proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable navigating the dynamic landscape of telehealth.

Furthermore, we offer paid subscriptions to valuable resources like Super Duper and provide free, in-house ASHA-approved Continuing Education Units (CEUs), supporting your professional development and growth.
• • You will benefit from dedicated support teams whose primary function is to minimize administrative burdens, allowing you to focus on clinical excellence. Our clinician-built telehealth platform, enhanced by the proprietary AI assistant Scout, is a testament to our commitment to innovation and efficiency in documentation and administrative processes.

You will have access to monthly Grand Rounds and specialty clinical groups, providing opportunities for advanced learning and engagement with peers on specific clinical interests.
• • This position is classified as non-exempt, W2 hourly, offering competitive clinical rates ranging from $40-$56 per hour. This rate encompasses both direct client care and indirect documentation time. Clinicians who commit to designated high-demand hours, such as weekday evenings after 5 p.m. and/or weekend daytime hours, are eligible for a significant sign-on bonus of $150 per eligible hour of availability, disbursed in two installments at 3 and 6 months of employment. The total bonus amount is contingent upon the hours of availability committed.
• • We understand the importance of work-life balance. SLPs have the flexibility to design a schedule that best suits their individual needs. However, all schedules must include availability after 3:30 p.m. on weekdays and/or on weekends, with a minimum requirement of 7 hours of total availability per week. This structure ensures that we can meet the needs of our clients while offering flexibility to our clinicians.
