• • As a valued member of our clinical team, you will be instrumental in expanding access to high-quality speech therapy services. Your primary focus will be on providing direct patient care through our secure and advanced telehealth platform, ensuring that every client receives personalized and effective treatment.
• • You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population. This involves leveraging Expressable’s cutting-edge technology and proprietary clinical tools to accurately diagnose communication disorders and develop individualized care plans.
• • A core aspect of this role is delivering care that is not only clinically sound but also deeply rooted in measurable outcomes, robust caregiver education, and active client engagement. You will empower families to become integral partners in the therapeutic process, fostering a collaborative environment that drives progress.
• • Meticulous and timely documentation is crucial. You will be expected to complete all session notes, progress reports, and other required documentation accurately and in accordance with established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This ensures continuity of care and supports our commitment to excellence.
• • Active participation in required trainings, team communications, and compliance tasks is essential. • • This role may also involve providing coverage for colleagues on PTO or sick leave, ensuring uninterrupted care for our clients. Your flexibility and commitment to client continuity will be highly appreciated.

• • You will have the autonomy to design a flexible schedule that aligns with your personal needs and preferences. However, all schedules must include availability after 3:30 p.m. on weekdays and/or on weekends, with a minimum commitment of 7 hours per week. This flexibility allows for a healthy work-life balance while meeting the needs of our clients.
• • The compensation structure is a non-exempt, W2 hourly position, with clinical rates ranging from $40-$54 per hour. This rate encompasses both direct patient care and indirect documentation time. Furthermore, clinicians who commit to designated high-demand hours (weekday evenings after 5 p.m. and/or weekend daytime hours) are eligible for a significant sign-on bonus, further enhancing your earning potential.
