• • In this role, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality remote speech therapy sessions and comprehensive evaluations tailored to a diverse pediatric population. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing communication disorders and meticulously developing individualized care plans, leveraging Expressable’s cutting-edge custom technology platform and a suite of advanced clinical tools. The focus of your care will be on achieving measurable outcomes, fostering deep caregiver education, and ensuring active engagement throughout the therapeutic process.
• • A key responsibility will be the accurate and timely completion of all documentation, adhering strictly to established quality standards. This ensures seamless record-keeping and contributes to the overall effectiveness of our services. You will also be expected to maintain active participation in all required trainings, communications, and compliance tasks, staying abreast of the latest best practices and regulatory requirements.
• • To ensure continuity of care for our clients, you will provide essential coverage for Paid Time Off (PTO) and sick leave, demonstrating your commitment to our clients' ongoing progress. The flexibility of this role allows you to design a schedule that aligns with your personal needs, with the requirement of availability after 3:30 p.m. on weekdays and/or on weekends. A minimum commitment of 7 hours of total availability per week is necessary to ensure consistent client support.
