• • As a key member of our clinical team, you will leverage Expressable's cutting-edge telehealth platform and innovative AI assistant, Scout, to deliver exceptional speech therapy services. Scout is designed to streamline documentation and administrative tasks, freeing you to dedicate more meaningful time to direct client interaction and high-quality care delivery.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population. This involves diagnosing communication disorders, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
• • A core tenet of our approach is caregiver empowerment. You will actively engage families, providing education and fostering their participation in the therapy process, ensuring that progress extends beyond session time and into daily life.
• • You will be instrumental in driving measurable outcomes, meticulously tracking client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed to achieve optimal results. This data-driven approach ensures accountability and continuous improvement in care.
• • Accurate and timely documentation is paramount. You will be responsible for completing all session notes, evaluations, and progress reports in accordance with Expressable's high-quality standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
• • Maintaining active participation in required trainings, team communications, and compliance tasks is essential to staying abreast of best practices and company protocols.
• • This role also involves providing crucial coverage for PTO and sick leave for fellow clinicians, ensuring seamless continuity of care for our clients. Your flexibility in this regard is highly valued and contributes significantly to the reliability of our services.

• • You will have the autonomy to design a flexible schedule that aligns with your personal needs, with the requirement to include availability after 3:30 p.m. on weekdays and/or on weekends. A minimum of 7 hours of total availability per week is necessary to ensure consistent client support.
• • The compensation structure is a non-exempt, W2 hourly position, with clinical rates ranging from $40-$54 per hour, encompassing both direct care and indirect documentation time. This rate reflects the value we place on your expertise and dedication.
• • For clinicians who commit to designated high-demand hours (weekday evenings after 5 p.m. and/or weekend daytime hours), there is an attractive sign-on bonus opportunity of $150 per eligible hour of availability, disbursed in two installments at 3 and 6 months of employment. The total bonus amount will vary based on your committed availability.
