- • Prepare, review, and deliver accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements across a multi-entity structure.
- • Provide technical accounting expertise and audit experience to support financial reporting and audit readiness.
- • Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors and internal stakeholders.
- • Lead complex reporting processes and drive continuous improvement across financial reporting and controls.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
- • Stay up-to-date with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry developments.
- • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and controls.
- • Develop and maintain financial reporting policies and procedures.
- • Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and other team members.
- • Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- • Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions.
- • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
- • Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- • 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and audit experience.
- • Strong technical accounting expertise, with a focus on GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- • Experience with financial reporting software and systems.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
