• • Rightway Healthcare is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our dynamic PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) operations team. This pivotal role is instrumental in supporting our financial performance management and driving our Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) strategy. You will be at the forefront of ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, specifically focusing on the complex cost components within our PBM services. Your expertise will be crucial in leading key financial reconciliations, developing robust quarterly performance reports, and meticulously analyzing the intricate drivers of pharmacy costs. The ultimate goal is to identify and implement significant savings opportunities, thereby enhancing our profitability and client value.
• • In this capacity, you will take ownership of critical annual and quarterly financial reconciliations. This involves a deep dive into all PBM cost components, including but not limited to claims processing costs, negotiated rebates from pharmaceutical manufacturers, and contractual guarantees with clients and partners. Your work will ensure that our internal financial reporting is not only accurate but also perfectly aligned with the client-facing results, fostering trust and transparency. You will be the guardian of financial data integrity, making sure all figures are defensible and meet the highest standards of accuracy.
