  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and managing the integration of online and offline customer experiences to ensure channel consistency, shaping product roadmaps based on user experience and lifecycle optimization goals, and leveraging stakeholder input, Voice of Customer data, and analytics to prioritize feature development.
  • • The role involves designing and maintaining performance reporting frameworks to track KPIs and OKRs, conducting regular analysis of dashboards and metrics to inform strategic decisions, and collaborating closely with architects and engineers to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery of product initiatives.
  • • The Sr Analyst partners with Sales and IT teams to manage third-party vendor relationships, communicates project updates and requirements to internal and external stakeholders, and uses analytical findings to influence business objectives and support cross-functional alignment.
  • • Additional duties include performing process improvements, documenting workflows for scalability, and adapting to evolving priorities as needed in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven ability to think strategically while executing with detail-oriented precision, balancing big-picture vision with tactical implementation.
  • • Strong project management skills, including proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello, and experience managing cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and building consensus in matrixed organizations.
  • • Customer-first mindset combined with solid technical knowledge and business acumen to bridge gaps between technology and user needs.
