  • • As a Sr. Analyst, Revenue Strategy at Procore Technologies, you will play a high-impact role in shaping and executing go-to-market (GTM) initiatives that drive financial performance and customer value across the organization. You will partner with GTM leadership, Corporate Strategy, and Product teams to analyze, develop, and implement strategies that maximize commercial performance and meet strategic objectives.
  • • Day to day, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of GTM initiatives—from ideation and leadership buy-in to leading cross-functional workstreams, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact. You will conduct market, competitor, and industry benchmarking, identify and prioritize strategic initiatives (such as market expansion, pricing/packaging, quota & territory strategy, and sales enablement), and develop detailed plans with clear milestones, timelines, and success criteria.
  • • You will join Procore’s Revenue Strategy and Planning team, a collaborative and strategic unit focused on aligning GTM efforts across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive sustainable growth. The role reports to the Director, Revenue Strategy and offers flexibility to work remotely or from the Austin, TX office, with immediate start availability.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in strategic analysis, financial modeling, and cross-functional leadership while gaining exposure to enterprise SaaS GTM operations. You will develop the ability to translate tactical actions into high-level strategy, act as a trusted advisor to executives, and contribute directly to Procore’s revenue growth and market positioning.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; MBA a plus
  • • 3+ years of work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a highly cross-functional role with heavy strategic and analytical focus at a SaaS company
  • • Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling with a high level of attention to detail
  • • Extensive experience and proficiency with Excel/Sheets required; SQL and/or Tableau experience a plus
  • • Ability to partner and communicate with executive leadership, acting as a trusted advisor on operational and strategic endeavors
  • • Experience developing and executing GTM strategy at an enterprise SaaS company preferred

  • • Base pay range of $101,600.00 - $139,700.00 USD annually
  • • Eligibility for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation
