• • You will actively assist in the preparation of both short-term and long-term cash forecasts, contributing to strategic financial planning and resource allocation.

• • You will be responsible for the creation and management of wire and ACH payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• • Administering bank accounts will be a core duty, encompassing user management and the oversight of various account services to maintain optimal banking relationships.
• • A significant aspect of the role involves supporting risk management activities, including maintaining direct relationships with insurance providers to ensure adequate coverage.
• • You will facilitate semi-annual reviews of insurance coverage against evolving business needs and coordinate the annual renewal process, mitigating financial risks.
• • Assisting with quarterly audits and SOX compliance reviews is essential, ensuring adherence to internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
• • Prepare and maintain quarterly and annual memos detailing treasury operations, compliance efforts, and financial performance, serving as key documentation for stakeholders.
• • You will be tasked with creating monthly investment accrual calculations, contributing to accurate financial reporting.
• • Support the preparation of critical financial documents, including quarterly end reports, Audit Committee/Board of Directors materials, and monthly executive presentations, providing clear and concise financial information.
• • This role demands excellent finance and accounting skills, coupled with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex financial modeling and analysis.
• • Strong analytical abilities, combined with excellent interpersonal skills, are vital for effective communication and collaboration with all levels of operations and senior management.
• • A solid understanding of financial reporting, planning, treasury operations, risk management, and treasury management systems is expected.
• • With 3-5 years of relevant treasury, finance, or banking experience, you will bring a wealth of practical knowledge to the team.
• • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required, with a Master's degree in a similar field being a preferred qualification.
• • While not mandatory, a CTP or CFA certification is highly preferred, indicating a commitment to professional development in treasury and finance.
• • This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere, provided you can meet all role requirements including privacy and reliable internet access.
