• • The Sr. Associate, Finance Transformation role at Crete Professionals Alliance is a hands-on, execution-focused position critical to building a best-in-class finance function for a global shared service center. This role supports the company’s mission to empower small to mid-market accounting firms with PE-backed capital, strategic technology partnerships, and innovative workforce solutions while preserving a personal, local touch.
• • Day to day, the individual will support the design and implementation of a standardized cash operations process across the member firm network, conduct current-state assessments, build implementation toolkits (SOPs, templates, training materials), partner with member firms to drive adoption, and track impact on cash conversion cycles and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). They will also contribute to SOP library development, support financial system implementations, enable end-user adoption through training, and identify automation and AI opportunities to improve efficiency.
