- • As a Sr. Associate Salesforce QA Engineer at Riveron Consulting, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability for our clients' Salesforce applications and complex integrations. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in testing sophisticated Salesforce ecosystems, a deep understanding of automation frameworks, and a comprehensive grasp of Salesforce's extensive functionalities across various clouds.
- • You will be responsible for the end-to-end testing lifecycle, from meticulously preparing and executing comprehensive test strategies, detailed test cases, and robust test scripts. Your expertise will span across critical Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and bespoke custom applications, ensuring each solution meets rigorous quality benchmarks.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve defining and managing test environments and test data requirements. You will collaborate closely with the development team to guarantee the availability and integrity of these resources, facilitating seamless testing cycles.
- • Your testing responsibilities will encompass a wide range of methodologies, including functional testing to validate business requirements, regression testing to ensure new changes do not negatively impact existing functionality, integration testing to verify seamless data flow between systems, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm client satisfaction and readiness.
- • A significant focus will be placed on test automation. You will be tasked with preparing, automating, and executing regression test cases, aiming for maximum test coverage and efficiency. This proactive approach will significantly reduce manual effort and accelerate release cycles.
- • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all Salesforce objects and integrations is paramount. You will implement and execute tests designed to validate data consistency, prevent corruption, and maintain the trustworthiness of client data within the Salesforce platform.
- • You will act as a crucial bridge between technical and business teams, collaborating effectively with developers, business analysts, and product owners. This collaboration is essential for clarifying intricate requirements, identifying potential ambiguities, and uncovering defects at the earliest stages of the development process, thereby minimizing costly rework.
- • Prior to production deployment, you will conduct thorough sanity tests to confirm that systems are stable, functional, and ready for the live environment, mitigating risks associated with go-live.
- • Defect management will be a core responsibility. You will meticulously track and report defects using industry-standard tools like Jira, ensuring that all identified issues are clearly documented, prioritized, and followed up on for timely resolution.
- • As part of a dynamic Agile/Scrum team, you will actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Your contributions will be vital in driving continuous improvement within our QA processes, fostering a culture of learning and adaptation.
- • You will also be expected to engage in client-facing activities, effectively communicating testing progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and building trust.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of clients, tackling diverse and challenging finance-related problems, and contributing to Riveron's mission of delivering exceptional outcomes through collaboration and a client-centric approach.
- • Your work will directly impact the success of client implementations, ensuring they receive robust, reliable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions that drive business value and achieve strategic objectives.
- • You will be a key player in upholding Riveron's DELTA values: Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability, embodying the entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to delivering outstanding results.
