- • Develop and maintain forecasting models to project Oak Street’s performance across CMS Stars measures for Part D, ensuring alignment with organizational quality goals.
- • Analyze performance data regularly to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in Stars ratings, presenting actionable insights to field leaders and senior leadership.
- • Prepare clear, concise reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to communicate performance metrics, trends, and strategic recommendations to VP, SVP, and C-suite stakeholders, as well as Oak Street Medical leadership.
- • Design and implement a reconciliation process for payer data to ensure accuracy and completeness, collaborating with payer data teams and Managed Care Operations to resolve data gaps.
- • Review and escalate data quality issues from internal stakeholders, partnering with Product and Engineering teams to improve data integrity and system reliability.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Engineering, and Managed Care Operations to integrate analytical insights into broader quality improvement initiatives across Oak Street.
- • Translate complex data findings into strategic business recommendations, including business cases, ROI analyses, and financial models to support decision-making.
- • Maintain high standards of accountability, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work under tight timelines in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- • Synthesize large volumes of data and information into succinct, impactful summaries for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- • Engage effectively with external payers and internal teams to align on data expectations, reporting standards, and performance targets.
- • Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively for data analysis and modeling, with proficiency in SQL preferred to enhance data extraction and transformation capabilities.
- • Demonstrate exceptional written communication skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating executive-ready visual narratives and presentations.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities, changing data sources, and new regulatory requirements within the healthcare and Medicare Stars ecosystem.
- • Proactively identify process improvements in analytics workflows, reporting structures, and data governance to elevate the accuracy and efficiency of Stars performance tracking.
- • Serve as a key liaison between clinical operations, corporate strategy, and data systems to ensure analytical outputs directly inform field-level interventions and organizational priorities.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • 3–5 years of prior relevant experience; 2+ years of consulting or healthcare analytics experience preferred
- • Strong analytical and data-savvy skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL is a plus
- • Strong written communication skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- • Ability to develop business cases, ROI analyses, and financial models
- • Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
