• • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join a strategic, part-time project focused on automating critical processes within the personal credit sector.
• • This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a well-established company with over 20 years of experience in the São Paulo credit market, known for its active portfolio, structured processes, and unwavering commitment to innovation, security, and traceability.
• • The core of this project involves developing a proprietary microservice, codenamed 'MOTOR', designed to automate the analysis, decision-making, and formalization stages of the credit workflow.
• • This new system will act as a central hub, integrating various external and internal tools to eliminate current operational redundancies and significantly optimize the credit process management.
• • The expected automated flow will seamlessly connect Aptus (proposal capture) → MOTOR (analysis and decision) → HBI (formalization) → Return to Aptus (collection and delinquency management), creating a more efficient and robust pipeline.
• • You will be instrumental in building this robust system from the ground up, with an initial project duration of 3 months, featuring clearly defined validation milestones and deliverables throughout the period.
• • Your primary responsibility will be the development of the 'MOTOR' microservice, leveraging Python and the FastAPI framework to ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• • A significant part of the role will involve creating and implementing robust integrations with critical external platforms, including Pluggy (Open Finance), Assertiva/Localize, SCR/Serasa, Escavador, and HBI, requiring a deep understanding of API interactions and data exchange protocols.
• • You will implement advanced features such as tracking and idempotency mechanisms to guarantee the integrity and reliability of all processed data, ensuring that operations are repeatable and auditable.
• • A key technical challenge will be the construction of a sophisticated Policy Engine capable of managing deterministic rules and controlling automated decision-making processes, forming the intelligence core of the MOTOR service.
• • You will be responsible for configuring and managing the containerized architecture using Docker and docker-compose, ensuring a functional, scalable, and easily deployable development and production environment.
• • A strong emphasis will be placed on quality assurance, requiring the creation of comprehensive automated tests to uphold the highest standards of quality, security, and stability in all deliveries.
• • You will also be tasked with writing and maintaining detailed, clear, and up-to-date technical documentation for the entire system, facilitating knowledge transfer and future development.
• • The project demands adherence to best practices in software development, including Clean Code principles, SOLID design patterns, and effective implementation of tracking and idempotency strategies.
• • Ensuring the security and protection of sensitive data, in compliance with GDPR/LGPD regulations, will be a critical aspect of your work.
• • While the core focus is backend development, basic familiarity with frontends (e.g., using frameworks like Bootstrap) is considered a plus for understanding the broader system context.
• • You will be expected to demonstrate strong self-management skills, effectively handling demands, deliveries, and priorities independently.
• • Excellent communication skills are essential, enabling effective collaboration with technical stakeholders and direct interaction with business and product analysts.
• • A strong commitment to meeting deadlines and aligning with project milestones will be crucial for the success of this initiative.
• • This role offers a part-time engagement, requiring approximately 4 hours per day, providing a flexible work arrangement.
• • The project is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Brazil.
• • You will be contracted as a PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) through Workana, with a competitive monthly remuneration between R$ 7,000.00 and R$ 8,000.00.
• • The initial contract duration is 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
