• • Sr Backend Engineer, LATAM - API (100% Remote) at Hopper Inc. – Design, build, and operate a public API to enable partners to create world-class travel portals, directly impacting Hopper’s B2B growth and global travel fintech expansion.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and maintaining scalable backend systems in Scala, collaborating with product, design, and partner teams to deliver features, exploring engineering improvements, and operating with minimal meetings through strong asynchronous alignment.
• • You’ll join Hopper’s Technology Solutions group, a high-impact, entrepreneurial team powering B2B travel fintech for global brands like Capital One, Air Canada, and Nubank, where small teams drive massive impact in a $1T+ market.
