📋 Description
- • Serve as a Senior Business Analyst for Salesforce, bridging business needs with technical solutions across Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ platforms.
- • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- • Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed workflow documentation.
- • Act as an assisting Product Owner by prioritizing and refining the product backlog, leading sprint planning, and ensuring alignment between development teams and business stakeholders.
- • Manage mini-projects focused on Salesforce configurations, automations, reporting enhancements, and workflow optimizations to drive operational efficiency.
- • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.
- • Analyze complex data sets and business processes to identify inefficiencies, recommend process improvements, and validate system performance within Salesforce.
- • Troubleshoot system issues and propose scalable solutions to enhance Salesforce functionality and user adoption across sales operations.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features and best practices by actively pursuing Trailhead certifications and applying new capabilities to ongoing projects.
- • Collaborate daily in agile stand-up meetings to track project milestones, remove blockers, and ensure transparency in delivery timelines.
- • Act as the primary liaison between non-technical business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements, constraints, and outcomes.
- • Ensure all Salesforce solutions align with broader corporate objectives and support growth strategies for restaurant technology clients across 110+ countries.
- • Document and maintain comprehensive records of configurations, changes, and business rules to support audits, training, and future enhancements.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating the effectiveness of deployed Salesforce features and iterating based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- • Participate in cross-functional reviews with product and engineering leadership to prioritize initiatives that deliver maximum business value.
🎯 Requirements
- • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst required
- • 5+ years of business analysis experience with at least 2+ years focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (equivalent work experience acceptable)
- • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce configurations, workflows, automations, and reporting within Sales Cloud and CPQ
- • Proven experience working within agile frameworks (backlog grooming, sprint planning, iterative delivery)
- • Ability to manage mini-projects and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers and product managers
