• • As a Sr. Business Operations Manager at Rula Health, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic and operational success by owning complex, cross-functional initiatives that align with Rula’s highest priorities. You will help ensure leadership and initiative owners are focused on the right objectives with clear decision-making forums, while delivering projects that advance the company’s mission to destigmatize mental health and expand access to quality care.
• • Day to day, you will scope and define strategic projects, analyze data using tools like GSheets, Excel, and SQL, partner with executives to advance OKRs, lead the company operating system and planning cycles, and execute on initiatives ranging from reducing provider cancellations to evaluating new expansion channels and business units. You will operate at all levels—from high-level strategy to tactical execution—ensuring projects move from concept to delivery.
