  • • As a Sr. Business Reporting Analyst at Globalization Partners (G-P), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership team by providing critical, timely, and insightful analytics. This is a unique opportunity to drive a results-focused culture and ensure stakeholders remain aligned with key objectives and performance indicators.
  • • You will be instrumental in defining and evolving the metrics that illuminate business insights, thereby informing crucial decisions and investments across the organization. Your expertise will be vital in designing and refining reports that keep pace with our dynamic and rapidly expanding global enterprise.
  • • Key areas of focus for reporting and analysis will include, but are not limited to, Sales Forecasting, Marketing Efficacy, Pipeline Trending and Management, Activity Tracking, Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI), Campaign Effectiveness, Lead Quality Assessment, Sales Pipeline Target Development, and comprehensive Sales Team Performance Measurement.
  • • A core responsibility will be to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee the integrity of our data, establishing and maintaining a 'single source of truth' for all reporting needs. This ensures consistency and reliability in the insights derived.
  • • You will identify and implement productivity metrics for each role within the organization, establishing tracking mechanisms and review processes. This initiative is crucial for fostering a performance-based culture and enabling effective capacity planning.
  • • A key deliverable will be the creation of a structured cadence for reporting and review, ensuring that insights are delivered promptly to facilitate timely decision-making and strategic adjustments.
  • • This role demands a strategic partner who can translate complex data into actionable intelligence, empowering GTM leadership to navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities in the global employment landscape.
