- • As a Sr. Channel Manager, IAT/CHT - eCommerce, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives to drive profitability, promotion, pricing, merchandising, and new product plans for SBD, Inc.’s portfolio of iconic brands including DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, CRAFTSMAN, and STANLEY, directly impacting global sales and market share.
- • Day to day, you will direct cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Product, Brand, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to develop growth strategies, analyze POS and inventory data, manage eCommerce listings, execute product launches, and mentor junior team members while ensuring brand messaging aligns with channel strategy.
- • You will join a global team of approximately 43,500 high-performing professionals at Stanley Black & Decker, a world-leading tools company with over 60+ brands and a legacy of innovation dating back to 1843, operating in 60 countries with a commitment to Industry 4.0 and sustainable manufacturing.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in channel P&L management, data-driven decision making, and strategic product merchandising, while gaining leadership experience in guiding high-impact projects and advancing your career across multiple paths within a diverse, purpose-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of eight plus (8+) years of Product, Sales, and/or Marketing experience within the Retail space with a proven record of sales growth and margin accretion
- • Solid analytical skills with strong understanding of key business and financial metrics including Sales, Gross Margins, Operating Margins, and Inventory Turns
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems such as SAP, BW, and Salesforce
- • Demonstrated success in project management, collaboration, negotiation, and interpersonal communication across all levels of the organization
- • Ability to navigate complex organizations, manage deadlines, and focus on high-impact work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
