📋 Description

• • The Sr. Commercial Lending (CL) Transaction Specialist provides strategic and operational leadership for the entire loan processing team, overseeing daily operations, setting performance standards, and ensuring all transactions are executed efficiently and in full compliance with company policies and federal regulations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and managing commercial loan documentation; serving as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders; accurately entering and maintaining loan data in core systems like nCino, Salesforce, and Jack Henry; contributing to process improvement initiatives; executing loan processing tasks; and verifying due diligence items from customers and third parties.
