• • As a Sr Claims Examiner at Baldwin Technology Company Inc., you will serve as an expert in managing complex third-party liability claims involving bodily injury and property damage under homeowners and renters insurance policies nationwide, playing a critical role in delivering rapid, fair resolutions that uphold MSI’s reputation for exceptional service.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include directly handling claims from assignment to resolution, evaluating policy coverage, conducting thorough investigations, setting and monitoring reserves, negotiating settlements, managing defense counsel and experts, drafting reports, maintaining organized claim files, mentoring junior examiners, identifying fraud and subrogation opportunities, and ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.
