- • The Sr. Claims Executive is a senior expert in managing insurance claims at both individual and portfolio levels, serving as a trusted advisor and trainer to clients and colleagues while driving claims mitigation and resolution strategies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing claims protocols with insurance partners, conducting claim reviews, acting as a client advocate, maintaining accurate reserves and records, mentoring team members, and contributing to business development by explaining claims mitigation approaches in client meetings.
- • Baldwin Technology Company Inc. is a risk management and insurance services firm focused on helping clients reduce total cost of risk through expert claims handling, strategic partnerships, and industry-leading risk mitigation practices.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in commercial claims across workers compensation, property & casualty, and specialty lines, refine leadership and mentoring abilities, influence client retention and renewal outcomes, and stay at the forefront of regulatory and industry trends in claims management.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • 15+ years of experience in claims handling and client/customer-facing roles within the insurance industry
- • Strong knowledge of commercial claims including workers compensation, property & casualty, management liability, and professional liability
- • Experience with policy coverage review and dispute resolution
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with diverse stakeholders
