- • The Sr. Claims Specialist, Professional Liability role focuses on analyzing and resolving complex medical malpractice claims for Long Term Care clients, ensuring timely, cost-effective outcomes while maintaining high customer service standards.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include investigating claims, calculating reserves, negotiating settlements, coordinating legal defense, identifying fraud or recovery opportunities, representing the company in depositions and mediations, mentoring staff, and ensuring accurate claim documentation and coding.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- • Professional certification applicable to line of business preferred
- • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with sound judgment
- • Ability to manage complex medical malpractice claims involving severe injury and high exposure
- • Commitment to timely, cost-effective claim resolutions and high customer service
