- • The Sr. Client Executive, Commercial Risk - IAS, West is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing and servicing complex commercial accounts to develop and retain consultative client relationships while identifying and educating clients on missing or newly available coverage options.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include acquiring and retaining large, complex clients through deep risk and insurance expertise; developing partnerships with insurance carriers and brokers; leading internal renewal discussions involving coverage, pricing, and loss analysis; preparing complex marketplace submissions; ensuring service standards are met across client teams; assessing audit accuracy; building trusted relationships with clients and partners; and providing mentorship and training to the Client Executive Team.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of ten (10) years of commercial insurance experience
- • Obtain and maintain a state insurance license as required by the State Department of Insurance
- • Exceptional technical knowledge of insurance coverage, contracts, market conditions, and carrier underwriting appetites
- • Experience in reviewing, placing, and negotiating loss-sensitive casualty and workers’ compensation placements, including captive structures
- • Preferred industry specialization in areas such as Construction, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Wholesale Trade, Transportation, Retail Trade, Real Estate, or Services
- • Preferred designations: CPCU, CIC, CRM, or ARM
