- • Serve as the primary strategic partner for TikTok advertisers in Costa Rica, building and maintaining high-impact relationships with top-tier agencies and direct brand clients.
- • Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new advertising opportunities on TikTok through consultative selling and tailored business solutions.
- • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams including product, analytics, and creative support to design and deliver customized advertising campaigns that meet client objectives.
- • Provide clients with expert guidance on TikTok’s advertising products, platform capabilities, and best practices for maximizing ROI on social media advertising.
- • Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess campaign performance, optimize strategies, and uncover upsell or expansion opportunities.
- • Act as the trusted advisor to clients by translating TikTok’s platform innovations into actionable business outcomes aligned with their marketing goals.
- • Maintain deep knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem in Latin America, particularly in Costa Rica, to anticipate market trends and client needs.
- • Represent Aleph and TikTok at industry events, client meetings, and partner forums to strengthen brand presence and foster long-term client loyalty.
- • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring consistent communication, service excellence, and satisfaction across the client lifecycle.
- • Work closely with regional and global teams to align client strategies with broader platform initiatives and regional growth targets.
- • Leverage data and performance insights to advise clients on creative optimization, targeting strategies, and budget allocation for maximum impact.
- • Stay current on TikTok’s product roadmap, policy updates, and advertising innovations to provide accurate and timely guidance to clients.
- • Develop and execute client-specific growth plans that align with both Aleph’s business objectives and TikTok’s global advertising priorities.
- • Ensure compliance with all platform policies, advertising standards, and contractual obligations across client engagements.
- • Proactively identify and escalate client concerns or operational issues to internal stakeholders to ensure swift resolution and retention.
- • Contribute to the development of regional sales playbooks, client success frameworks, and training materials to scale best practices across the team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Client Partner, Account Director, or similar role in digital advertising, preferably with TikTok, Meta, Google, or Amazon platforms
- • Demonstrated success in managing and growing enterprise-level client accounts in Latin America
- • Deep understanding of social media advertising, performance marketing, and programmatic buying
- • Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills
- • Ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights to non-technical clients
- • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
